Find billing, payment methods and receipts

Open Billing & payments

Your account’s Billing & payments page brings together listing Active access and Network memberships. Personal listing billing and membership billing may open different payment portals.

1. Find the listing or membership you need to manage.
2. Use Open personal billing or the membership’s billing control where available.
3. Review payment methods, invoices or receipts available for that payment account.

Authority and payment can differ

Being able to manage a listing does not mean you are its payer. Portals open only the payment accounts you are authorised to manage. If a company sponsors a membership, its authorised payer manages the subscription.
