This page explains the information Orbitty processes when you use its land-listing and discovery service.
Information you provide
We process account email addresses, profile information, listing content, photos, location labels and published boundary polygons that users provide through Orbitty. Sellers also provide listing price, availability, land-use and relationship declarations.
Information generated through use
Orbitty processes session and authentication information, saved listings, enquiries, listing-availability updates and operational/security records needed to run and protect the service.
Identity verification
If you use identity verification, Orbitty works with Didit. Didit’s process is used for human identity verification. Orbitty receives and uses the resulting identity-verification status for the service; it does not use that result as verification of ownership, title, registry records, land or seller authority.
Listings and public information
Published listing information is intended for public discovery. This can include title, description, price, listing type, location label, public reference, eligible photos, approximate published boundary, map-calculated area, availability information, identity-verification status and seller-declared relationship.
Enquiries and communications
Orbitty processes the information submitted in buyer enquiries so that the service can record and present those enquiries to authorised users according to the listing’s access rules. Public listing pages do not display private contact details.
Billing
For card-based listing activation, Stripe processes payment and subscription information. Orbitty stores the billing and reconciliation information needed to manage the listing’s activation state. Orbitty does not state that it stores payment card details.
Maps and third-party services
Orbitty uses Google Maps and Google 3D services for map experiences. Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Orbitty also uses Supabase for application data and authentication, Cloudflare for private listing-photo storage and media delivery, Didit for identity-verification interactions, Stripe for billing, Resend for supported transactional notifications, and Replit infrastructure to operate the application.
Photo recovery and deletion
When Cloudflare listing-photo storage is active, Orbitty may keep an isolated, non-public recovery copy of a normalized listing photo to recover from accidental storage loss. Recovery copies are not used for normal product delivery. A deleted photo may remain protected in that recovery store until its 30-day minimum protection period ends, after which it becomes eligible for controlled cleanup.
Product feedback
If Orbitty enables its supported feedback destination, feedback content and any optional email address you provide will be processed to review and improve the product. The current feedback interface does not submit feedback until that destination is configured.
Analytics, security and operations
Orbitty has a Google Analytics implementation that is intentionally disabled. We do not describe GA4 collection as active while it remains disabled. We process operational and security information needed to maintain, diagnose and protect the service.
Sharing and processors
We use service providers to operate the platform, including the providers described above. We may also disclose information where needed to comply with applicable obligations, protect the service or respond to lawful requests.
Your choices
You can review and update account and listing information through available Orbitty controls. You may stop using the service at any time. Contact paths will be shown in the product when a supported contact destination is configured.
Children and changes
Orbitty is not intended for children. We may update this privacy information as the service changes; the latest version will be posted here.
