Manage future renewal and send billing questions with the right reference.
Cancel future renewal
Use the relevant subscription’s billing controls before its renewal date. Read the cancellation screen for its effective date and access period. Unpublishing a profile, leaving a company or closing an account does not automatically cancel billing.
Ask about a charge or refund
Contact billing support with the payment, listing or membership reference and a clear description of the issue. Do not include card numbers, security codes or banking credentials. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown for the purchase and applicable rights; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
