Yes. Eligible Standard listings have no subscription cost, and you do not need a Professional or Business membership to list your own land. Account, identity, seller declarations and local publication requirements still apply. Active is an optional upgrade for each listing.

You sign in or create your account, then prepare a free, private profile draft. For Business, you also choose or create your organisation. A draft does not start a subscription or make your profile public.

When you’re ready, review the membership offer in your profile workspace before purchasing. Public visibility requires current membership, a complete profile, identity and account checks, and moderation eligibility. Memberships have no free trial.

Each valid paid monthly cycle grants 1 credit for Professional or 3 for Business. With current membership, redeem a credit for 30 days of Active on an eligible listing you are authorised to manage. Credits cannot stack on a listing that is already Active.

Unused credits expire with their issuing cycle. They do not roll over, transfer or return after redemption. A valid redeemed period keeps its scheduled end if membership later lapses. Active does not guarantee ranking, enquiries or a sale. Separate purchase options and any offers appear in your listing workspace.

No. Business covers your company’s Network presence and administration. Each professional needs a separate $10 USD/month membership, paid personally or through authorised company sponsorship.

Administrative roles and Professional affiliations are distinct. Affiliations require eligibility and consent; joining a company does not transfer personal listings. Company listings remain with the company when a professional leaves. Leaving a team does not cancel a sponsored subscription.

Paid memberships renew monthly. Cancel future renewal through the subscription’s billing controls before its renewal date. Unless the cancellation screen or applicable law says otherwise, paid access continues until the end of that period.

Unpublishing a profile, leaving a company or closing an account does not automatically cancel billing. When Active expires, its benefits end; eligible Standard listings can remain visible. See the Fees Policy for cancellation and refund rights.

No. Membership provides access to product features. Payment does not verify professional credentials or land ownership. Person-identity checks and self-declared credentials have separate meanings.
