Referral Program Terms

1. Availability and eligibility

These terms apply only when Orbitty offers an enabled referral program. A referral link or this policy alone does not promise a reward. Participants must have legal capacity, a qualifying account and comply with the Terms. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated identities and referrals between the same commercial participant are not eligible.

2. Attribution and qualification

Use the referral link before the invited person creates an eligible new account. The attribution window is limited to 24 hours around account creation and must be claimed through the supported flow. Existing accounts and late or conflicting attribution may be ineligible. Do not promise a reward before the account shows qualification.

The supported offer credits USD 10 to each eligible participant after the referred participant’s qualifying first listing becomes active and the program’s checks pass. A pending reward is subject to the hold period shown in the account, ordinarily seven days, and fraud and duplicate checks. Qualification is based on the program record, not a screenshot or claimed introduction.

3. Credit use and tax

Rewards are platform billing credits, not cash, land-purchase funds or transferable currency. They apply only to eligible Orbitty platform charges through the supported billing integration. Pending, available and used balances are distinct. The account record shows any offer-specific restrictions or expiry; no undisclosed expiry is created by this policy. Participants are responsible for any applicable personal or business tax duties. We do not guarantee tax treatment.

4. Invitations and abuse

Invite people only through lawful, welcome communications. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, make false claims, buy accounts, publish misleading promotions or use Orbitty branding to imply an official endorsement. We may withhold or reverse a reward obtained by error, fraud or breach, explain the basis where safe and offer review through Support → Appeal.

5. Changes and support

We may change or stop future offers and will honour already earned valid credits subject to applicable law and disclosed terms. Program suspension can stop new qualification. Contact Support → Billing for credit problems with your reference; do not share another person’s private account information. The Terms of Use govern disputes and preserve mandatory consumer rights.
