1. What a status means

Where the identity-verification feature is available, Didit performs the configured person-identity process and returns a result to Orbitty. A successful status means only that the person met that process at the recorded time. It does not verify land ownership, title, a cadastral boundary, permission to list, a professional licence, financial standing or future conduct.

2. Information and choice

Before proceeding, read the provider’s notice and the explanation shown in the identity flow. The provider may request identity evidence directly; do not upload it into listing descriptions, public photos or ordinary support messages. Orbitty uses the returned status and limited provider references for the stated identity feature. The Privacy Notice explains recipients, rights and international processing.

3. Problems and recovery

A failed or pending result may need provider or support review. Use Support if you believe a result is wrong or need an accessible alternative. Completing an identity check alone does not restore a lost Orbitty account or transfer a business or listing to you; secure account-control review remains separate. Paying an activation fee does not change an identity result.

Identity reuse, lead access and review

Valid account-level personal identity verification is reused for authorized lead access, Professional publication and acting as a responsible Business owner. Standard listing publication and starting Active do not require Didit. An Admin eligibility exception that does not establish personal identity cannot unlock buyer details.

Didit may report potential duplicate faces or other identity concerns even when the overall session is Approved. We consider authoritative provider reports, retain minimal decisions and references, and can hold sensitive privileges for review. A match is not an irreversible ban. Authorized human review can address false positives or legitimate account migration, with a recorded reason and expiry where appropriate. We do not reveal information about another account.

Provider capabilities, workflow settings, thresholds, retained provider data and matching errors limit duplicate detection. Orbitty does not promise absolute person uniqueness, including before verification or for historical sessions that predate duplicate assessment. Do not create accounts to evade a review or introductory offer limits.
