1. What you purchase

Orbitty charges for the platform service described on the activation screen and hosted checkout. Standard recurring listing access, when available, is USD 10 per listing per month. Listing access is not a land-purchase payment, escrow deposit, brokerage fee, ownership check or quality guarantee. It does not promise enquiries, ranking, a sale or legal approval.

The service period, first charge, currency and any applicable taxes must be visible before you confirm. We do not claim a tax registration number that has not been supplied. Your card provider may apply its own conversion or cross-border charges; those are separate from Orbitty’s fee.

Standard listing publication is free. Active can start before personal identity verification, but buyer contact details and private enquiry messages require the recipient’s own valid verification, current listing authority and eligible Active access. Non-sensitive Active benefits do not depend on completing verification.

2. Introductory offers

One main introductory Orbitty Active trial is available per seller account across that seller’s listings: choose either seven days without a card or automatic charge, ending automatically, or 30 days with a payment method followed by USD 10 per listing per month unless cancelled. The offers cannot be combined or redeemed consecutively. Creating more listings or Network profiles does not reset eligibility. Publishing Standard does not consume a trial; a still-eligible offer may be selected later.

No-card access ends automatically and does not authorize a later charge; the listing remains eligible for Standard. Card-based access renews at the disclosed price unless cancelled before renewal. Verification does not pause, restart or extend an offer. Existing legitimate historical grants retain their original terms. Paid Network credits and separately approved complimentary entitlements are distinct and do not create another main introductory trial.

3. Recurring billing

If you choose recurring access, you authorise Stripe to charge the disclosed recurring amount and applicable taxes to the payment method on file until cancelled. Renewal occurs at the end of the displayed service period. We will notify you of a material price change before it affects a renewal and give you an opportunity to cancel. We do not increase a fee retrospectively for an already paid period.

A checkout return screen is not proof that payment or activation is complete. A pending payment may take time to reconcile; do not repeatedly pay while the outcome is uncertain. Contact Support → Billing with the listing and payment reference, never a full card number.

4. How to cancel

Use the billing-management link available for your active subscription to cancel future renewal. If you cannot access it, contact Support → Billing, including your listing reference and a safe reply contact. We will verify the request proportionately and help with cancellation; account-recovery review must not be used to force continued unwanted billing.

Unless the cancellation screen or mandatory law says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Unpublishing, deleting a draft, abandoning a checkout or closing an account does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Cancel before the renewal time shown to avoid the next scheduled charge.

5. Refund requests and consumer rights

Contact Support → Billing for duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, a service that was not supplied, an unauthorised charge or a cancellation/refund right under applicable law. Give the date, listing reference and reason. We review the provider record and applicable rights and explain the outcome. Where a refund is due, it is normally returned through the original payment provider; the bank controls the final posting time.

A change of mind after a paid service begins or unused time after ordinary cancellation does not automatically create a discretionary refund. However, nothing here removes statutory cooling-off, cancellation, repair, replacement, price-reduction, refund or other mandatory rights. Starting a service does not by itself waive a consumer’s withdrawal right; any legally required express request and acknowledgement must be obtained separately.

Where Orbitty cannot provide the purchased service because of our failure or an unavailable publication jurisdiction, we assess an appropriate refund or other mandatory remedy. Removal for a breach is reviewed on its facts and applicable law; we do not claim an absolute right to keep every payment.

6. Failed payments, restrictions and disputes

A failed payment may interrupt access and publication. Update payment details through the secure provider interface. Do not send card details in a support message. Moderation, permit expiry and account restrictions can affect visibility independently from payment status. Paying does not reverse a restriction or verify a listing.

If you dispute a charge, contact us so we can investigate promptly. This does not prevent you using your bank or statutory dispute rights. We may preserve limited billing evidence and restrict a demonstrably abusive payment arrangement, while allowing a fair review.

7. Receipts and changes

Provider receipts and available invoices identify the charged service and payment. Ask Support → Billing for help obtaining or correcting records. We retain required billing and tax evidence after cancellation. This policy has a version and applies with the accepted offer and mandatory law; subsequent versions do not remove accrued rights.
