1. Requests you can make
Use Support → Privacy and select or describe your request. Depending on applicable law, rights can include access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and review of a concern about automated decisions. You may opt out of direct marketing at any time. Cookie Preferences controls optional analytics in your browser.
You do not need to agree to optional marketing or analytics to request a right. Correcting a public listing is also possible through available seller controls; report content published by someone else through Support → Abuse or Privacy.
2. Verification and scope
Tell us the account or listing involved and a safe reply channel. We verify identity or authority proportionately before disclosing, exporting or changing personal data. Knowledge of a public listing, company address or phone number is not enough to prove account control. Representatives may need evidence of authority. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full identity documents in an ordinary message.
A case reference acknowledges receipt, not completed deletion or account recovery. We may ask you to clarify a broad request or explain why a limited part cannot be provided, including the rights of others, legal retention or fraud-prevention needs.
3. Status and response
Keep the reference and access instructions shown after submission; treat any private case access code as confidential. We aim to acknowledge within seven days and respond within applicable statutory periods, ordinarily one month where EU or UK rules apply. We explain a permitted extension or refusal and how to challenge it. Information is delivered only through an appropriately verified channel.
4. Deletion and retained records
Closing an account may require unpublishing listings, resolving disputed business control and separately cancelling subscriptions. Limited billing, agreement, safety and legal-claim records can remain where lawfully necessary. Provider and backup deletion is reconciled rather than assumed immediate. We explain the retained categories relevant to your request. We do not restore deleted information into ordinary use merely because a backup is recovered.
5. Escalation
Use Support → Appeal if you disagree with our handling. You may also contact the competent privacy regulator without first completing our process. The Privacy Notice identifies the operator and further information about purposes, recipients, transfers and retention.
