1. Ownership and permission

Orbitty’s original branding, interface and software, and third-party map or imagery assets, are protected by their respective rights. Users retain rights in their own content while granting the limited operational licence in the Terms. An image being available online does not give permission to upload it. Observe map attribution, permitted uses and restrictions on copying or reuse.

2. Report infringement

Use Support → Copyright. Identify the protected work and rights holder, the precise Orbitty URL or listing content, how to contact you, your authority if acting for someone, and why the use is unauthorised. Include a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, an agent or law, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. A typed name can identify the person submitting the notice.

Do not include unnecessary identity documents or private contact details in public fields. We may ask for enough further evidence to assess the complaint. We do not claim to be a registered US DMCA agent or to offer a statutory safe harbour without the required registration and conditions.

3. Review and counter-information

We may restrict disputed content while reviewing it and notify the uploader where lawful. An uploader may use Support → Appeal with proof of permission, ownership, applicable legal exception or mistaken identification. We assess counter-information and applicable law before restoring material; a counter-response does not automatically compel restoration. Parties remain able to seek a competent legal determination.

4. Repeated infringement and false claims

Repeated or deliberate infringement can lead to content or account restrictions. Knowingly false claims, abuse of notices or impersonation can also lead to action. We retain proportionate evidence for legal and safety purposes. Questions about licensing Orbitty materials should go to Support → Legal.
