1. Your choice

Use Cookie Preferences to accept or reject optional analytics and change your choice later. Optional analytics are off until you opt in. Rejecting is as available as accepting. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies in this release and do not bundle marketing consent into Terms.

A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is treated as a request to keep optional analytics off, including when an earlier stored choice allowed them. Browser controls can also delete or block storage, but blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or draft recovery.

2. Necessary cookies

Supabase authentication cookies, commonly named sb-…-auth-token and associated verifier cookies, maintain authenticated sessions and protect authentication flows. Their lifetime follows the authentication session and provider configuration; signing out removes the usable session. Security and anti-abuse providers may also use strictly necessary challenge storage when that protection is requested.

The first-party orbitty_privacy cookie stores your choice and version for up to 180 days so the site can honour it. This is necessary preference storage and is not used as an advertising profile. A choice applies to this browser; changing it does not silently change every other device. An authenticated preference change may also create an account audit record when available.

3. Requested preferences and drafts

orbitty.consumer-preferences.v1 stores your selected map view and results preference in local browser storage until you change it or clear browser data. orbitty.list-land-draft.v1 stores an unfinished land draft locally to help you resume for up to 30 days; it is not a published listing. Do not use a shared device for sensitive drafts, and discard the draft or clear browser data when finished. Browser storage is specific to that browser and is not an independent backup of your account.

When you choose to compare public listings, orbitty_comparison_v1 keeps up to four public listing references in session storage for this tab. The selection expires after 24 hours or when the tab session ends. It is a requested convenience, not an analytics identifier, and does not add those listings to your saved account records.

4. Optional analytics

When enabled and permitted by your choice, Google Analytics may set _ga and related _ga_… first-party cookies to understand site use. Provider defaults can retain these for up to two years unless shortened by configuration or browser controls. Orbitty seller-performance measurement may use orbitty_analytics_visitor for up to 180 days to count a pseudonymous visitor. Both are optional analytics and subject to the analytics choice. We do not send enquiry text, private contacts or identity evidence as analytics event data.

Withdrawing consent stops further optional measurement in this browser and clears first-party analytics cookies that Orbitty can remove. It does not retroactively erase data already lawfully collected or cookies on another provider’s domain; use the Privacy request route for deletion requests.

5. Maps, payments, referrals and external channels

Loading interactive Google maps sends requests to Google and may use provider storage needed for that feature. Hosted Stripe and Didit pages and external WhatsApp links have their own storage and notices; we do not control their domains. Opening a selected external service is different from accepting Orbitty analytics.

When an enabled referral program is deliberately used, orbitty_referral_attribution records the referral request for up to 24 hours. It is a first-party, protected referral cookie used to attribute the requested benefit, not an advertising profile. It is removed after an attribution attempt. No benefit is promised when the program is unavailable.

6. Questions and changes
