What is the difference between Standard and Active?
Standard is free publication for eligible land; Active is an optional listing upgrade.
Standard
Eligible Standard listings can be published without a subscription cost. Account, identity, seller declarations and local publication requirements still apply.
Orbitty Active
Active adds featured visibility and performance insights to an eligible listing. Review the current offer in that listing’s workspace. Featured placement is subject to availability; Active does not guarantee enquiries, ranking or a sale.
Active is a commercial access state. It does not verify identity, land ownership, title, boundaries, permits or quality. When Active ends, eligible Standard listings can remain visible.
