Use the Sent and Received views in your account to find the relevant enquiry. Select a record to review its land, reference, status and permitted actions.
What the record means
Confirmed means Orbitty received the enquiry. It does not establish a seller reply, message delivery or a completed transaction. Buyer contact information is available only where your listing access and permissions allow it. Use the access guidance shown in the Received view.
If you need help, include the enquiry reference in your support request without copying another person’s private contact details.
