Choose Privacy and data rights in Support, then select the type of request. Use an email you can access and explain the scope. You do not need to sign in to submit the request.

Verification and completion

Your authority and the request’s scope must be verified before personal data is disclosed, changed or deleted. Records needed for legal, security or accounting purposes may have to be retained.

The confirmation means the request was saved; it is not confirmation of an export or deletion. Completion and any retained exceptions will be explained in a case update.
