Notice and Takedown Policy Version: 2026-10-08.v1 · Language: en Effective: 2026-10-08T00:00:00+04:00 · Updated: 2026-10-08 SHA-256: e8fca130810f21511360c347b3f1048ff9c1d9d57d348f7187344793554890fe Send a precise notice about unlawful content, infringement or a serious listing concern. 1. Submit a notice Use the listing report control or Support → Abuse, Copyright or Legal as appropriate. Identify the exact public URL or listing reference, the content at issue, the reason you believe it is unlawful or violates rights, and the country or law involved if known. Give your name or representative capacity, a safe contact and enough evidence for us to assess it. A good-faith explanation is more useful than unnecessary sensitive documents. Confirm that your notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to act if representing someone. A report is not a court order and does not establish title. If you cannot provide a detail, explain why; urgent, credible concerns may still be assessed. 2. Our response We record the report and provide the available confirmation or case reference. We may ask for clarification, restrict content temporarily, contact the affected user where safe, take action or explain why no action is taken. The urgency of a credible safety or legal issue affects priority. We may be unable to share confidential investigation details. We comply with binding legal requirements and preserve proportionate evidence. 3. Official requests Authorities or legal representatives should use Support → Legal or the registered address in the Terms. State the issuing authority, legal basis, scope, affected content and any lawful confidentiality requirement. We assess authenticity and jurisdiction before disclosure or action. Do not post private orders or evidence in a public listing. 4. Challenges and misuse Affected users and reporters may ask for review through Support → Appeal using the case reference and reasons. Knowingly false notices, impersonation or repeated abusive reporting may lead to restrictions, without preventing legitimate complaints. Copyright notices are also addressed by our Copyright Policy.
