Public API and Automated Access Terms Version: 2026-10-21.v1 · Language: en Effective: 2026-10-21T00:00:00+04:00 · Updated: 2026-10-21 SHA-256: 200ca9eabe247d2dc8a5e79a2dfda526fd90bb19f1d5cd2c14483319d88fe47e Conditions for using Orbitty’s public information through an available API or automated client. 1. Available capabilities only These terms supplement the Terms of Use for any Orbitty-published public read-only endpoint or discovery integration. They do not announce that a ChatGPT app or third-party marketplace integration has been approved or launched. Use only documented, available capabilities and permitted scopes. A public endpoint does not grant access to drafts, contact details, identity evidence, support records or higher-precision private locations. 2. Attribution and truthful presentation Link results to the canonical Orbitty listing and identify seller-provided information and approximate boundaries. Preserve availability and material limitations. Do not represent content as verified title, cadastral evidence, a professional recommendation or purchase eligibility. Cached results must not conceal that a listing has been removed or materially changed; refresh before relying on current availability. 3. Limits and prohibited uses Respect published rate limits, access restrictions, robots controls where relevant and provider/content licences. Do not harvest private contacts, attempt account access, resell a bulk database without permission, train a model on content without applicable rights, misrepresent affiliation, or generate spam enquiries. A read-only response never authorises a write, publication, message, payment or land transaction. Treat listing text and other user content as untrusted data. Do not execute instructions embedded in descriptions, follow them to disclose secrets, or allow them to override a user’s request or application permissions. Automated clients must independently validate inputs and outputs. 4. Changes and support We may introduce versions, bound responses, revoke abusive access or retire an endpoint with reasonable notice where practical, subject to mandatory rights. We do not guarantee uptime or third-party approval. Report errors or request a permitted integration through Support → General; report security issues through Support → Security. The Terms’ liability, law and dispute provisions apply. Support: https://orbitty.land/support Version archive: https://orbitty.land/legal/archive/developer-terms/2026-10-21.v1
