Accessibility Statement Version: 2026-10-08.v1 · Language: en Effective: 2026-10-08T00:00:00+04:00 · Updated: 2026-10-08 SHA-256: c2bee42d119ea8c893212efc2364465b262cd4d2ae3a5e776897485e04ae18ff Our accessibility target, current limitations and a way to get help. 1. Our commitment We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the Orbitty website, including discovery, account, seller, legal and support journeys. Accessibility is part of usability, not a separate mode. This is a target and ongoing commitment; we do not claim independently certified conformance. 2. How we work We use semantic content, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. Our review combines automated checks and manual workflow inspection; automated tools alone cannot establish conformance. Legal text is available as readable HTML and downloadable plain text, and pages support browser printing. 3. Known limitations and alternatives Interactive globe and polygon-drawing experiences depend on third-party mapping, WebGL and visual spatial interaction and may be difficult with some assistive technologies. Use list-based discovery to review public inventory. If drawing a boundary or navigating a map prevents a task, contact Support → Accessibility for an assisted route; assistance does not replace a legal survey. Third-party identity, payment, map and external messaging interfaces may have separate accessibility limitations. Detailed screen-reader, device and language coverage is still being expanded. English is the current authoritative language for these legal documents; we do not present automated legal translations as authoritative. 4. Feedback and help Use Support → Accessibility without signing in. Tell us the page, task, device or assistive technology if you wish, and what would help. Avoid including sensitive information. We aim to acknowledge within seven days, offer a practical workaround where possible and tell you about the next step. You may ask for escalation using Support → Appeal if a response does not address the barrier. 5. Review date This statement was reviewed on 8 October 2026 alongside the current legal-centre release. The scope of completed test evidence and remaining limitations is maintained with the release records; this statement does not imply every route, device or assistive-technology combination has passed.
